Presentation of the project

Within the framework of the VEKOP 1.2.1 equipment procurement tender, the following equipment was purchased during the investment: an ST-2020 L type rotational viscometer for the precise and consistent measurement of viscosity during the production of resin and for ensuring constant quality; a PCE-HT 225E type digital concrete hardness testing Schmidt hammer for non-destructive hardness testing in technology and product development experiments and inspection processes; and an Advance 10x-160x stereo microscope required for the applied technology and product development experiments and measurement processes.

An i-Thermo 163 L rapid moisture analyser balance was purchased for the precise determination of the moisture content of the resin used during production, as well as 2 Memmert UF450 drying ovens required for technology and product development experiments and measurement processes related to the curing of the resin used in production.

An ST250 (1300°C) chamber ceramic firing furnace was also purchased for fire resistance and heat resistance testing, together with an LA-430/1100 high-precision, high-speed universal lathe for the production of specially designed machine components required for development and manufacturing processes.

To expand the capacity of the production line, 4 new INOX resin storage tanks were installed for storing resin raw materials. In addition, one ÚT-200 manual strapping machine was purchased to ensure the packaging and pallet securing of ordered products, and one INCOLD 80 heat treatment unit was acquired to ensure the homogenisation of the manufactured resin sheets by maintaining the storage equipment at a constant temperature.
